At the Posh Pineapple, our goal is to make our customers happy! We hope that you love your purchase from The Posh Pineapple! However, we understand that sometimes things do not work out. Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us within 3 business days so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
GUIDELINES FOR RETURNS:
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
- All returns must be received within 15 days of the date that your package was delivered. Please allow 7-10 business days for return package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return in the 15-day window.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price of 40% off or greater is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Returned items must be in their original, new condition. This means they must remain un-washed and unworn and must still have tags attached (if item arrived with tags).
- Items returned with makeup, dirt, or other damage will not be accepted.
- Merchandise that is returned that does not qualify for a refund, according to PPB policy, will be returned to the customer and standard shipping charges will be applied to your credit/debit card.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
- Include your return form and packaging slip. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our office.
- Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These do not qualify as defects and customer is responsible for return shipping.

It is our goal to provide fast shipping, and therefore, we strive to process and ship out orders as quickly as possible! If your order has already been processed, we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
